I’ve been practicing yoga for over 12 years, and it has become the foundation of my physical and mental wellbeing.
Over time, my practice has evolved from dynamic movement toward a slower, more grounding and nervous system regulating approach.
My classes offer a calm, supportive space to move with awareness, gently build strength, and create space for rest within the demands of everyday life — allowing strength, mobility, and ease to develop naturally over time.
